Oumaima
Management
Ludovic coordinates the activities, projects, and resources of Sonrysa. Coming from a background in large IT projects, he has gained his experience through various IT transformation challenges. His organizational skills, particularly in terms of meeting delivery objectives, have enabled him to successfully rescue large projects in Asia, Europe, and North America.
After returning from West Africa and dedicating a year to transforming an agricultural cooperative in Mali and the Ivory Coast, he relaunched Sonrysa in Lausanne with Oumaima in 2022.
Oumaima, a managing partner at Sonrysa, plays a pivotal role in the company’s strategic and operational development within Francophone markets. Her dual expertise in management and human resources drives innovative approaches in recruitment and skills management. Collaborating closely with HR directors, CTOs, and COOs across various sectors, her key areas of expertise include:

Since partnering with Ludovic in 2018, Oumaima has been instrumental in Sonrysa’s transformation and burgeoning success, significantly bolstering its presence in the IT industry.

Zineb, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a specialized Master’s degree in Human Resources, thrives in her role at Sonrysa.
With her sociable nature, agility, and excellent communication skills, she has successfully made her mark in the consulting field, where the human aspect is her primary focus. Joining Sonrysa in 2020 alongside Oumaima and Ludovic, Zineb has cultivated a deep passion for the IT sector. Currently managing a significant portfolio of clients,
Zineb has an in-depth understanding of each client’s environment, the challenges in their various IT projects, and their future prospects. Her approach is characterized by close attention to client needs, an eagerness to listen, and a prompt response to fulfill their expectations effectively. For Zineb, the keys to success are agility, perseverance, and resilience.
At Sonrysa, she plays a pivotal role in supporting and monitoring customers daily, while offering consultants stimulating projects that foster their skill development and career growth.

As a maritime and naval expert, he has provided advisory services to the Defence and Armed Forces Committees of the French National Assembly and the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Armed Forces Committees of the French Senate. His career is distinguished by a decade dedicated to strategic work and thought leadership, significantly influencing the transformation of the Ministry of Defence.
