Sonrysa is looking to accelerate its growth.
Today, Sonrysa is a fast-growing Franco-Swiss ESN / IT services company:
– 5 operating entities (France, Switzerland, UK, Barcelona and Sweden) for 2023 sales of €4.5m, with a target of €10m asap in 2024/25.
– Today, the company is organized around the delivery team, which we want to be the backbone of the company, i.e. having its own customer portfolio (including the development / farming of our historical customers) but also providing a sourcing service across the sales force,
– The sales team is made up of 3 sales people, 2 for the French market and 1 for the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to support the Head of Delivery, focusing on the customer dimension:
- brings its customer network,
- is progressively developing our major customers with whom we are referenced (Richemont…), but also
- potentially involved in sourcing candidates
Job description
– The priority of your job is to meet real needs and develop an intimate relationship with your/our customers.
– You will gradually develop the farming business of some of our major French and Swiss customers.
– Grow your personal network
– The objectives:
o Referral to key accounts
o You promote 4 offers (infra/cloud, ERP, custom development, cyber)
o You focus on the customer side, and your colleagues on the delivery team are responsible for finding the “5-legged sheep” profiles your customer prospects are looking for.
– We bring you a tested method framework with a ritual of follow-up points
– Using our tools
o Use of a pipedrive CRM tool
o Prospect files on excel sheets,
o Small daily report to be posted on slack
o A target of one face-to-face visit per month to prospects in France and Switzerland
Your profile
– Business school or equivalent
– At least 5 years’ experience in IT service sales
– You’ve got a good head on your shoulders and you’re fundamentally capable of working independently.
– Hard worker, likes challenges, results are what count, you’re focused!
– Ok to join a start-up, enthusiastic about changing the world
– Fluent French, English not necessary but desirable.
