- Design and implement the strategic IT plan and the technological and digital transformation of the group (3 years)
- Create and lead the cybersecurity team responsible for strategic definition, operational monitoring of the technological risk management plan, and overall governance.
- Launch collaborative projects with the business (Transformation and Transition), enabling business ownership of activities with IT support (Build-Operate-Transfer)
- Define governance procedures and processes (Service Management, Architecture, Security, Procurement, HR, etc.)
- Initiate the program for optimizing investment and operating budgets (Lean IT)
- Consolidate the IT function into a global platform and create 2 teams (IT Run & Maintain (Lean IT), IT Transformation (Digitalization/Innovation)
- Plan resource optimization to align with business strategic goals and focus on critical and high-value activities (Pay per use, Centralization of virtual centers of excellence, outsourcing/offshoring, Cloudification)
- Accelerate the development of new skills in line with the global strategic plan and future technologies (IT & Digital Academy)
